Astral Projection, am I close?

Posted almost 12 years ago , by I Ts Un Real

I've been trying to astral project for a while now. I was trying last night, whilst I haven't achieved astral projection yet, I feel like I was getting close. I was listening to binaural beats, and about 30-45 minutes in, I felt an extremely overwhelming tingling sensation throughout my body, almost like the feeling of when a part of your body is numb from blocking off circulation, but it actually felt pleasant, but so intense. Was this the vibrational stage of astral projection? Or was this something else. Thanks

Your body was falling asleep which is you shouldnt move for more time , look , i do it without binural beats , i lay and close my eyes and then i just look at the darkness behind the eye brows and control my breath ( sleep breathing is 1/2 of the normal breath ) so you breath 1/2 of your breath each time you breath for around one hour or something without moving , you will get paralyzed after getting (( strong itches and signals of your body telling you the following sentence :- im not comfortable , turn right or left or move . Simply ignore that signal and as long as you do that , just keep practicing like that and you will achieve the sleep paralysis , once you do just use any exit technique and you are welcomed to the new realm of life :) , i hope i helped you and thanks for reading :)

So I have an update after using your method, and I have made a bit more progress, I think. I have to use binaural beats because it blocks out noise, my AC unit at night gets really loud during it's cycle. Anyways, after meditating about 30 minutes in, my mind was playing tricks on me, the binaural beats seemed like they were getting faster every time I inhaled, and I just let it happen without much thought. But then that numbing chill feeling came back, again I ignored it and kept staring deep into the blackness behind my eyes. After a while of this feeling engulfing my body, I started feeling a tear feeling. It felt like a force was pulling my body to the right, but pushing half my body to the left. It felt like I was stretching apart, along with the feeling of my body floating on top of open water swooshing back and forth. I tried my best to keep calm and but suddenly my mouth felt like it was numbed up with Novocain and I swallowed and ended the trance. Your thoughts?

Important :- the half breath is a technique for sleep paralysis because durning the sleep paralysis you are taking 1/2 of your normal breath !! So the breathing is ONLY for sleep paralysis status , so using it on yoga while you are sitting is not working because this breathing technique is ONLY for sleep paralysis and i tested it and it worked for me very well.

I guess I may have said this wrong, I was doing your 1/2 breathing technique, I just hear the beats increasing when I do breath in, even if it's only a 1/2 breath. I'll definitely try the towel trick. Another problem I forgot to include is that when I'm trying to meditate into maba. My eyes cant seem to stay shut, they twitch beyond my control. Should I just ignore that? Or is there some technique to it?

You mean your eyes opens automaticly? Its because you keep losing the focus in your eyes and they go upside , just relaaaax , just look at the middle of the eye lids and dont move them , stop rotating your eyes to the third eye position it will hurt your eyes and you will see that your eye lids opens automaticly! , try it now while you are reading this post you, dont need to meditate to learn not to move your eyes , just look on the middle and freeze your eyes , it will wooork just try it!

I have to say your technique is far easier than I thought it would've been. I'm no longer trying to try so hard to meditate. I'm now doing the 1/2 breath thing and everything is much easier. I did it without binaural beats last night, and I was able to hear someone walking out of their room, but I was able to ignore it fairly easy. My body had a numb sensation, and I was beginning to get that urge to move my legs. I was able to ignore it for about 45 minutes but I eventually gave in. But I'm confident that if I keep practicing I'll achieve sleep paralysis.

See brother its easy!! I got that moves on my legs and hands too!! But always remember , the moment you are saying (( this is not working, i dont have time to do it , i give up , ill do it later )) it means you are about to enter the sleep paralysis , this is why its the hardest stage to pass!
