Lucid Dream in real time???

I had an experience that makes me question if I was Lucid or out of body, both and the fact that it was in real time.

Okay, so one day I had a lot of visitors and when they had all left I laid on the couch hoping noone else would come... the next thing I knew was that I was laying on my couch asleep and knew I was asleep! I opened my dream eyes and seen my living room, I then heard voices , got up and looked out the window only to see a friend walking across the lawn to come visit me... he walked up to my door and knocked... suddenly I woke with the knocking , got up and it was the same person in my dream, I looked out the window and there were people outside talking (neighbours), the voices I heard in my dream....

So can we dream in real time? Was this both lucid and OOBE????
