5 Lucid dreams , 1 night

Hello again , I recently fought with 5 lucid dreams in 1 night , When im doing this every 1 end of a lucid dream i wake up and move my physical body erratically and i know im doing a method that i use to get in lucid dream again after 20 seconds but i dont remember it now  :-\ , and there's a time when i break my concentration or overuse it my head hurts like hell in the physical body , the 1st lucid dream was , im not really aware its lucid dream at 1st so here it is , We go to the grocery market with my parents and we cash out the items then we go home and ended the dream , then i woke up in my bed and started concentrating again im sure im doing a method but i can really remember it , then the same scenario occured but this time im a 1/2 percent aware that im lucid dreaming cause i woke up in my physical body and realize that i can go to a lucid dream , the 2nd dream was same grocery store but at the cashier where items where see the price example the banana is 2$ i think of my mind that it is 0.50 cents the cashier machine turned out .50 and im confused and not believing , then the dream ended again , woke up from physical body moved for 20 seconds then start sleeping and concentrating again . the 3rd dream is im in a hotel or house or something but it is a room im with my parents again and there's 5 doors i opened the door and i see some zombies , i freaked out i think of a gun but it wont show up , so the zombies got me and i woke up , then again woke up from physical body and go to sleep again , the 4th same scenario but different consequences the zombie occured but when i think of the gun it appeared but suddenly the scenario just dissapeared and transfered me to a scenario that a girl is jumping out of the hotel  :o freaked me out im aware at my dream so i help her and ending not to catch her and i woke up , woke up and sleep again but this time i see some roller coaster courses in my brain , <-- im on my physical body here , then here goes the dream im aware but i dont know what to do <- theres actually 2 dreams in this . i got to a embassy and i met a boy i dont talk too much but i got a message from unknown that he is gonna die and i started telling him but when i got the closest to talk to him my body flew just like theres a force field and turned me out to astral projection and i cant see anything but black vision then after mins it turned white and after that i woke up its already 6 am in the morning ,
And that's my story Dunno what Happened but no Story is not worth hearing ..  :)
Not sure if this is lucid dreaming but im 1/2 aware of the happenings then got transferred to astral projection
