Last time I tried projecting, I was on my back and it took me about 30 minutes to get the vibrations. Once they started, my dad came upstairs and started moving around in the kitchen. I decided to wait to project in case he woke me up or something. It took him about 20 minutes to turn the lights out again, but once this happened I had already broken out of the vibrations. You see, they were so powerful that they started to hurt my limbs terribly. I was aching and nearly in tears as I tried to tolerate the pain while waiting for my dad to go to bed. What the heck was I doing wrong? How can I even avoid such great paiin again? It really, really hurt...
My first experiences with spontaneous projection were also coupled with unpleasant physical sensations. To call them 'vibrations' was not enough - rather, it was as if a high-voltage electric current was running through my body! To make things worse, I usually couldn't move a finger.
So yes, both the psychological and the physical phenomena that accompany the projection can be quite rough, especially those that happen either before or after the most intense journeys.
Well.. I cant say anything since i dont know much about this thing , but my opinion is i dnt think that viberation could hurt us... I mean they are totally normal and i never heard that someone pains from them yet.. Maybe they do i dont know but i been projecting around 4-5 times and i am never pained
Hi Pearly,
I used to get pain in ears while I get the buzzing sound. But now it got reduced.
So when you get vibrations, do not worry about anything. your dad may wake you up or it may be some other disturbances.
Just Project yourself. Anyway in both ways you are going to break your vibrations, if your dad wakes you up or when you stay longer with vibrations you will break it. So why don't you just Project :)
If your dad wakes you up, no prob. If not you will waste the precious vibrations :)
Happy Travels :)
Yeah now i remember!! Once my brother was sleeping and he accidently dreamt that he is in the same place same position same sleep but with third eyes open! He says i had a large pain in my back bone its like a drill entering it! And when he woke up he was normal and nothing happened to him in real but he still can feel the pain! Is it viberations or what??? (( He wasint knowing about AP yet ))
When I first started projecting, it was painless. I was able to exit many times without a problem. After a while, my pain increased. Also, my vibrations seem much faster. Now, because of the pain, I can't carry them out long enough to separate. I think it might be some energy blockage. Maybe illness related? If anyone has any input, please let me know since I would like to be able to get out again.
Another thing, next time I manage to induce the vibrations, I will ask for help, hoping that my guide can pull me out or tell me what's wrong. If anyone else with painful vibrations manages to do this, please post and let me know if you received help.
Thanks.

Welcome theblackrabbitofinle,
Well, does your vibrations hurt even after you wake up ?
Regards,
Praveen
No, they don't hurt. Only when I'm trying to get out. I have no pain when awake.

Then its just in your mind, If you feel the pain once again. Just try to ignore it :)
It will work :)
