When using youtube videos of high frequency and sounds make sure to stick around your body after you step out. A drone or personal craft shot right by my window seconds after I lifted & took me by surprise I jumped back into the body just in time to see a red IR light shine into my bedroom.Coincidence? I don't think so. Just be careful when you use these high frequencies. I've never heard of anyone's spirit being taken while performing astral travel - out but who knows - its left me cautious and very curious.
