Okay I had not had an astral experience for a month, that is long for me but i remained patient, I do not know why i was unable to project throughout October, but one of my friends said that because i had so many astral experiences in September, my physically body needs time to catch up with my spiritual body, or the other way around, i cannot remember, but now things are starting to pick up again.
Anyway recently both of my experiences have happened without a process felt, but there probably was one, i was simply somehow there in the astral plane, i only knew i was there because it felt just as real as here, such as feeling everything and so on, I was in another version of my room, a more feminine version of my room, lying on my bed, there was white light surrounding me, this room could have belonged to one of my spirit guides, and she spoke to me here but i could not see her, she said to me, to work for me personally, that I need to do vipassana meditation and healing, so i shall get to that at some point, i never knew of vipassana before she told me of it, and never knew it was real until i searched it up on the internet then realizing it is, which was good for me.
My other recent experience which was today, was a little difficult to explain, because I cannot tell if this one was a dream or not, but this experience was similar to my experience on September last year, I was asleep and somehow automatically entered the astral plane, but it was like i was going through the process in the astral plane instead of here, in this experience, I was in my living room, going through certain thought patterns of things spinning around, and i had no vibrations, or at least they happened but so fast i could not feel them, because what happened was that i was soon seeing through my eyelids, like i did in September last year on my first experience, and i was unable to leave my body, i was moving around the living room in great pain trying to leave my body, and then i realized that this body i was trying to leave, was actually my astral body, and i was just seeing through the eyelids of this astral body, so then things got very confusing, as if it was connected to my physical body back here, so i cant tell that i was in the astral plane but it did feel real, but like my experience in September last year, this one was very confusing to me.
