Hello readers, I thought at first SP is really that scary but once i got into it suits me but a problem broke my concentration,
Here it is
That night i got into SP and i start seeing Scary [not really] faces of in those horror films , the first snap i see their scary faces , at second snap i just think and put smile happy faces in they're faces which suits me fun thing to do , but this came up , I was enjoying changing smiles to their faces then it just suddenly became blackout again , and came up with this all the time I see a i dunno [Mating ,Sex] always in a chair though i dont really think of that ever  unless necessary  ;D , Which gives me a [boner] and breaks my concentration i have gotten into SP 3 times and the same goes with that scene of [Gross][+boner]
And if i can just remove that gross coming up , I can easily astral project
Any thoughts? I dont watch nor i think much of [p0rn]
Sorry for the words  :)

Well... its probably because you are thinking about nudity, if you want to achieve it you must completely totally clear your mind of nudity, as long as you clear your mind of them you will get no boner :)

CrimpJiggler, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

Yeah sleep paralysis is great fun. Well, its fun when theres a flood of different hallucinations going on, I just lay back in amazement at whats happening. I don't get visual hallucinations but I hear all kinds of weird noises like from science fictions movies, and feel weird sensations like those massage chairs with the ball that rolls around. When I was a kid, I'd never heard about it, I thought it was just some normal sleep phenomenon, but when I was older I read about it and watched this documentary:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QmbpOucNVn4
and for a while after watching that I was terrified of it. I kept thinking about that guy that got ass raped, and the other guy that got dragged out of his bed. I get felt up by the hallucinations, and a couple of times I've got a finger in the ass, but getting ass raped by a hallucination while you're paralysed, that must be horrific. I've never seen this old hag or shadow man, and my hallucinations aren't dark or scary at all, they're neutral. What I've noticed is that neurochemistry heavily influences the nature of it. If I fall asleep on opioids, my SP is much more intense than usual, and of a much darker nature. When I was on ritalin, the instant I went into sleep paralysis I would get this sense of profound dread, like something was terribly wrong. I've read others describe this too. This was no ordinary fear, it was more intense than any fear I am capable of feeling while awake. When I'm sober, my sleep paralysis isn't scary at all.

BTW OP, did you say you've only had SP 3 times so far? Don't wanna make you paranoid, just a heads up, you'll probably have some scary ones. I've had SP hundreds of times, and my experiences haven't all been fun. I learned how to pull myself out of paralysis (the trick is to put all your energy into a single jolt in your shoulder) and it was fear that motivated me to learn how to do that. I didn't even know it was possible, I just had to get out so I eventually managed to do it.
