My "by accident" experience

Posted over 12 years ago , by Vaiolet

hello, i am new and this is my story:
In march, i started reading posts on 9gag.com about lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis and astral projections.
I got really interested and i did some research, to get my facts right. Even though i was really curious about it, i was afraid of trying (the sleep paralysis seemed scary, and i knew a few people who claimed to have experienced it and werent too happy). For weeks i found difficult to sleep normally, because i was afraid that by thinking too much about this i would uncosciunsly have a really bad nightmare.Later i just forgot about it and i acted like if it would never happen to me, or not just right now.
Last Thursday, i woke up at 4 am because i had to do some homework that id forgotten to do before. i finished it at 6 o clock, and i put an alarm at 6.30 so i could sleep another half an hour. my body was tired, but my mind was too awake.Suddenly, i realised that my body was asleep but i wasnt.i thought that i might be having a sleep paralysis. i dindt want to allucinate scary things, so i tried to get out of that situation, i imagined a rope to escape.Immediately, i felt like i was out of my body, i was floating, i could feel it! it was really weird and real. i opened my eyes a little, i was a little under the roof of my bedroom. i shut them because i didnt want to see my phisical self under me, it would be too shocking. To float was amazing, but i knew i had to wake up, to go to school.
in the moment i decided i wanted to wake up i quickly came back to my body, but i couldnt move. i felt something heavy that made me stay quite, and i started to feel angsty. i knew that was a sleep paralysis, so i didnt open my eyes, in order to avoid seeing anything scary.Suddenly, i felt a huge emotion in my chest, like what you feel when someone scares you or when you scream in a horror movie, i even shouted.
then i thought it was over, that i was awake, i tried to look  what time was it in my cellphone, but i couldnt, and i felt really heavy, i thought it was because i was tired. and then, i woke up, for real.
when i woke up i felt that i almost wasnt there in my body, really weird. the entire day i felt weird but actually things started to get normal again.
ive been researching since then, some people told me i was crazy, but i really felt it real. i may wanna experiment . i think i know how

IM SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH, YOULL SEE, IM FROM ARGENTINA. thanks for reading.

Vaiolet, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

your welcome! you know, i think it isnt to  difficult to achieve it, but you got to be concentrated. if i try to do it again by my own and i have success i will post it.
when i was out of my body i felt like i could be like that  for a while if i wanted to, but i decided that i had to wake up (wich to lead to me having a sleep paralysis and then a little lucid dream).
good luck to you too.

Praveen Kumar S, Wake-walking in dream state

Welcome Vaiolet,

I have seen many people saying that sleep paralysis is very scary, But I say to feel it. Coz sleep paralysis is the state where your mind is awake and body is asleep. So when you get sleep paralysis you can separate your consciousness out from your body. i.e., Astral Projection. So don't worry much about sleep paralysis anymore :)

Just enjoy :)
Happy Travels :)

You can read more experience in the forum, You will like it :)

Welcome to the forum! Your experience sounds like a real astral projection to me. However, I advise you to choose carefully about whom to discuss this with; lots of people in the world are sceptical and totally centred in the physical. You will find sympathetic ear on this and similar forums.

celeste, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

My point of view on the whole situation having to do with any kind of projection of the self from the body is anybody with the right 'fuel' can by intuition perform the projection.
A car cannot run without gasoline. The 'fuel' you need to run is simply vitamins and minerals.

Then you can perform more than just projection.

You should not even have to go through any 'procedure' to project and it may be that everybody is projecting and they just don't know it. They become schizophrenic and wonder where their other half is.

They get married thinking that their spouse is their other half.
Sometimes it works, but there are times when people just can't figure out why their spouses think the way they do ???
