I'm stuck

Hi,

I've been trying to astrally project lately, but it's not working. My whole body is so relaxed that I can't move, but my head is just there. It's like everything below my head is out of body but my head is still stuck there. I've been able to project before so I don't know what the issue is. Any advice to get my head to go with my body?

The same thing happens to me. I usually just try to force my body to move and I'll end up moving my "energy" body instead but when I try to force my head to move and stand up fully I'll end up breaking the trance.
