Eye prob

Hello, I wanted to say first that I am very greatfull to have found a blog like this! I'm new at this topic still trying to figure out If I am on the right path, or if the signals that my body is giving me are indeed there or I am imagining them! So I haven't practiced meditation before and what I do is what I have learned throu books and others sites! My first experience was during a sleep paralysis and I don't know how I managed to "sit" half away, since I wasn't entirly out of my psysikal body and wasn't familiar with those kind of experiences! As a result sleep paralysis haven't occurred to me after that! That was my Prolog and how I became intersted at lucid dreaming and specific at astral projection! My problem at the moment tho is that went I do am relaxed and kind of in my state of trance or nirvana call it as u like! My eyes, which are completely closed and relaxed began to open by themselves, making me to focus on them and feeling like forsing them to close! As I said I'm still new and learning so I'd like to discuss this with you, since you have more experiences! Thank you for your time and sorry for the long and tiring post, as well for some spelling mistakes or with the Grammatik!

Thank you for your answer Nevo! I'd like to say that the term nirvana in my language from people of my age is used to express a very comfortable feeling in which you are relaxed and focus without the surrounding environment interfere so sorry for this wrong use of the word! But I will search to learn what the term really means! Thank you for that as well! I do try to learn how to proper meditate! I have felt the vibrational state as well as a chillin on my legs and one time a rise on the temperature of my chest! Sometimes I felt an other presence as well! Tho I'm in the same room with my brother I knew he was asleep! But once again! Thank you for your answer! I'll do my best to improve myself
