Astral Travel

Hi, I am new to this site...So could anyone please tell me if they experienced the same thing as i would love to know about their experiences. I teleported myself to see my brothers girlfriend in America.
I did no meditations, i just fell asleep as i usually would..nothing different.
I saw my self in a tunnel like the kind you have in the indoor pools...a big water slide...and i just knew that i was going to teleport myself to see my brothers girlfriend in America. (I am in Australia) I got into the tunnel like you would in a slippery slide at the pools..and i kept on saying..I will myself to see...and i would say my brothers girlfriends name..in this dream state or whatever it was..i just knew that if you keep willing it in your mind..you would travel there faster..and i even called out to her..saying..here i come to see you.
I felt really light and fluffly...almost child like and carefree. And before i knew it i was gliding through this water slide..and when i got to the end it threw me out real quick into an indoor pool. My exit out of the tunnel was that quick that i even hit a little kid in the head with my legs as i flew out.
And then i saw my brothers girlfriend out of the pool..telling her youngest son to get out of the pool...
Her son who is only 5 yrs old..he turned around to her and said mum..Marissa is here...(about me)
She replied to him and said ..dont be silly..marissa is not here..now get out of the water..and again he said..Mum Marissa is here.  Then  i spoke to her and said ..I am here.
She then told me that my twin sister came thru a tunnel to see her as well before me, but made a point of saying that  my sister was very claustrophobic about it...now me and my  twin have never met my brothers girlfriend..have just spoken on the phone and this girl has never been told how claustrophobic my sister is.  She has another son who is older but i could not see him but i somehow knew he was also swimming somewhere else with friends in his own age group.
I then turned to her 5 yr old who was out of the water by now..and asked him how he knew i was there.
He laughed and wrapped his arms around me so tight and said..Of course i knew, as if to say silly..how could i not know. I then suddenly woke up..but i just knew it was not a dream because everything was too real...i really did feel like i saw them  i really did feel the little boys arms and warmth around me.
So I emailed my brothers girlfriend straight away and asked if she was at the pools today?
This was her reply.....Yes i was at the pool yesterday with my youngest one and my oldest was at school camp also swimming...I then asked her if she had a small sarong or short skirt over her bikinis..and she said yes..her bikinis had a short frilly skirt around them.
I just know now more than ever  my spirit or soul or whatever it was really was  there in some form and she confirmed it with her reply. I hope this happens again as it was very exiting and very soul lifting for me. I would love to hear from other people on what they think and if they can offer any advice i need to know.
