Astral Projection Forum

From what I have read, there is no set age to when you can astral project. People believe they did it when they were as young as 4. I am currently on my second night on trying this, but I have gotten really far. The best advice I can give to you is, be patient. Patience, confidence, focus and relaxation are thing you need for this. Its mind over matter at this type of stuff. Try listening to some brainwave entertainment on YouTube. you will find a lot of different sounds and frequencies to help your meditation. Let me know if you ever achieve it! I am about to try it one more time for tonight.

I think you just had a really vivid dream. Going to a room alone and trying to project is the best way to get good results. I am currently trying it and have gotten all the right symptoms but I haven't spiritually gotten out yet. That being said, unless you got up and saw yourself on the bed, then that means you projected. But from what it sounds like, you just had a very lucid/vivid dream.
