A mirror in a lucid dream is literally a mirror to look into your soul. When you look in the mirror you can experience. Most exciting things For example, you see yourself as you want to see, you just whether you see yourself as you think others see you. You can also see yourself as you would definitely not want. The only one who can interpret what you see, you ultimately. Sometimes what you see most frightening could happened. During a (high) lucid dream, a mirror can also serve as a kind of portal to another environment. Many people see the beautiful landscapes, and can then use to get into that landscape.

Sometimes when you look at yourself in mirror, you see yourself scary, like once i was soooo positive in my lucid dream and i had 0 negative of ideas, it was so wintering and enjoying snow and ice rain, i looked into the mirror and i saw myself a skull instead of human, i got frightened and my frightening turned my lucid dream into a nightmare, before you look at any mirror make sure you have a very positive idea of how you will look like in the mirror, if you dont do that you could look like anything else and it could turn into a nightmare :)
