Reality Check

I have seen in many sites referring that Reality check must be an ongoing work of the whole day to just have a Lucid Dream of just 10 minutes.
But from my experience I found that doing Reality Check for just 10 minutes before going to bed is enough to have Lucid Dream.
In this I'm going to tell you people about some of the common Reality check to do.
If you don't get satisfied from just doing it for 10 minutes, then you can do it for the whole day. But not like other sites says, you don't have to make it as a practice, Just do your regular work. Try to ask yourself " Am I in Dream now?" You really can feel the difference of Dream & Reality. After some days of practice, you can just do it for 10 minutes before bed.

1. Look at the wall clock
Look at the clock once turn some other side & again see your clock, If you were in dream you can't see the correct time. If the time was 10:00 at first, it will be 9:00 at the second time.

2. Look at your Digital Wrist Watch
This is again the same check as previous one, But you don't have to watch twice, If you watch is Digital you can't read the time itself.

3. Turning the Lights Off/On
You can switch your room lights Off/On while you go to some room, If you are in Dream, No matter what you do, The lights will be always ON.

4. Try to Jump
This is one of my favorite Reality Check, Just jump, If you are in Dream you will take some time to touch the ground again, Means you will be floating, But the drawback of this Reality Check is that it is Unstable, Some people loose their control of flight & they will loose lucidity.But people must try this. Its Awesome. You can fly, By practice you can stabilize your flights.

5. Attempt to Read/Write
Reading and writing in Dream is impossible. So Try it once you go to bed.

6. Place Check
This is one of the good Reality Check. Just ask your Mind where were you before coming to this place, If you are awake, You can find the places easily, But if you are in Dream you can't.

7. Breathing Test
Just close your nose & mouth, Check weather you can breath, You thinks its funny? NOT - when you are in Dream you can breath. Some people can breath underwater too.

8. Using Electronic Gadgets
Use your favorite Electronic gadget, If you are in Dream you will find it difficult to use it, It doesn't works properly.I had a funny experience with this, Once I was using my TV remote, It didn't work properly so I started some other reality check, but Actually I was in Reality Itself. LOL  :P :P
Its was the fault in my Remote  :P :P 

9. Gravity
In dream Newton fails :P  His Law of Gravity doesn't holds good in Dream world, If you throw any ball out there it wont touch the ground, It will  be floating.

10. Talk to someone near you
If you are in Dream they wont act like usual, Are they acting same as in reality?

11. Look Outside
If it's snowing in the middle of summer you're dreaming.
