Okay this does not work for everybody, but as I have mentioned before I can sometimes get in the vibration state by thinking of something in a certain pattern, or going at a great speed, for example, me flying through a city incredibly fast while avoiding every tiny little obstructions, because I imagine myself flying through shops and things like that, and it usually has to be at a great speed, but also if I suddenly stop, and then resume flying through, I feel something build up inside me, like an energy flowing through me, and eventually the thoughts will spin out of control and I no longer have control of them, and I then forget that I am actually thinking of something and then comes the vibrations, now the problem is, is that once I think of a certain thing that has triggered the vibrations before, when I try to think of me flying fast through a city again for example, it does not happen, every time I have got the vibrations through this way it has always been a very different thought, this way has been useful as I seem to not be able to dream for quite some time, so I find this useful because all I do is lie flat on my back in the early morning and think of something moving very fast till I no longer have control, it's like when I was young I remember pedaling my bicycle as fast as I could or going down a steep hill too fast and my legs could no longer keep up with the speed that the pedals were going, so the bike pedaled itself. Now what I want help with is, are there any thoughts, like patterns of some kind, or something similar to what I mentioned above, that is very useful to get you into the vibration state? A certain thought that can be guaranteed to put me in this state, I am not talking about mind awake body asleep or the rope technique or anything like that, though I do use those techniques sometimes, I just ask is there something I can picture in my mind that can help me channel is energy like feeling I feel flowing through my body, so I can then use the other techniques I learnt here to try my best and see what happens from there :) thanks.
Lay there in a relaxed state taking deep breaths and start thinking out stories. Really anything you could daydream about. Ironically, this is how I get to sleep at night. The differences, is that because you have been practicing, you know all the cues of falling asleep. You will visualize a story, and then snap back to thinking that you lost focus of your story. You'll be like, "Crap!" But, actually what you just did was perfect. You are more disconnected and still maintaining awareness. So, then visualize another story, try to bring it as far as you can. And again you will lose focus and snap back. Be persistent and stay focused on you stories. Really they can be any physical manifestation daydream, just keep 'em coming. Eventually, the milestones will start to kick in. For instance a noise in one of your visualizations will actually happen, but because you have been practicing you will not be startled. Just think, "good" and enjoy the added effects to you thoughts. Keep up your visualization attempts and deeper, passing the vibration milestones, far past where you realized you are actually laying there. It will just happen, because you will be so engrossed in your visualization. You will feel vibrations and a rush/whoosh. From this point, you have entered the natural process. It will feel natural, just maintain composure and keep focus on you visualizations. From this launching pad, you can go all sorts of places depending on your proficiency.
