I've been trying to project in the last couple of days and I came the closest yesterday, reaching the vibrational stage. The thing is, it was a very subtle, kind of low frequency vibrational stage. I had an intense one a long time ago so I know how it's supposed to feel like, but this didn't even come close. First, it started in my feet like always, then it steadily crept it's way up my whole body and after the low-key "peak", it stopped. I was like alright, lets keep at it, so I did just that, noticing my breath, and at every exhale I imagined my whole entire body calm down and relax but after like 15 more minutes it cuts to black, so I guess I fell asleep.
Any advice on how to reach intense vibrations?
