Projection into fictional world possible?

Dear forum users, I have never ever tried astral projections or any spiritual practices before, but last night I dreamt I could teleport into any video-game-world I wanted to and since then I became a bit obsessed with the idea. Is this possible to achieve by astral projection or other means of magical travel?

So far as I heared, you can just astral project and be something like a ghost flying anywhere you want in the real world but your idea will most likely fall into the lucid dreaming area instead. Check that out, it is very possible to do that while being Lucid.
