NEED HELP ON AP !

HELLO!i have been trying to astral project for a long time , i never seem to feel the vibrations. i get tingling sensations only in my hands , and sometimes , even on my head - but , i get it rarely on my head . please help me , i want to astral project. sorry for my english !
