I am very aware that with enough practice i can astral project but, i don't want to at the moment but, i will in the future but i was wondering is there any way to kill or banish entities that i don't like because i really want to kill me some messed up dangerous entities. Second thing: can i with enough practice be able to touch or move physical objects in astral state? Third thing: how can i increase my vibration. Fourth thing: can i contact friends maybe even with enough power pull their souls into the astral realm or just talk to them while they dream? Fifth and last thing: how can i get protection over my physical body? thanks for helping.
