If there is a celebrity (alive) that i really want to have a conversation with, can i enter inside his dream and just talk to him and he'll be able to answer me? Pretty much like telepathy through one person's dream.
Is there a way to communicate with someone while they are dreaming?

There have definitely been accounts of people meeting in the astral, I encourage you to look them up as they're quite interesting. So yes, you should be able to communicate with them in the astral if they are consciously projecting.
