i want to astral project

First of all, dearie, I'd like to hear everything you know about this subject,your ideas, impressions, specific doubts, how did you find about it,etc.

Then we'll start from here.

Yes I recently came to know about OBE or astral projection by reading so many stuffs. I have started meditation from last two weeks and working on balancing my muldhara chakra. Every time I try to astral project I feel that my astral body is getting out but I fail. Please help me.

It's very common to fail in the first attempts. You should stick with your meditation routine and keep using your current technique for a while, before deciding it doesn't works.You should be able to get out eventually.

But don't jump into a new technique right away, if you're feeling that your astral body is close to getting out you're in the right track.

If after sometime it still doesn't work my advice would be to change the exit method but carry on with the meditation.

Should you still want to change your methods around this month, look out for them in the forum threads,there's plenty here, though I wouldn't mind to recommend some again here if that's the case. Well, anything else I'm here
