Hi I'm Max - intense vibrations, but no projection

Posted almost 6 years ago , by Maxhuler

Hi, I'm Max and new here,

I've been practicing Astral projection for a little more than a week but already had experience trying from a year ago. Now I really take it seriously and have already seen some progress in my efforts.

I managed to experience strong vibrations and a rapid heart rate for the past 2 attempts by:

  1. breathing to relax
  2. imagining my room to focus
  3. using the rope technique to exit

Unfortunately, using this technique and trying to really imagine pulling up the rope, causes my muscles to tense up and ultimately to me not projecting, I think. I would really appreciate some advice on how to balance the tensing up of my muscles and the vibrations since this method gave me the most vibrations and high heart rate, which are a good thing, right?

Additional information:

  • experienced strong vibrations
  • saw a glimpse of white light once
  • experienced sensations, which felt like my legs shifting out of my body
  • another reason why I stopped the projection attempts is because of the high heart rate and simultaneous intense focus, which really are exhausting to maintain

Thanks in advance to all lovely people willing to read my detailed description and answer it <3

Echo, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

I don’t know about the “rope” method. The first couple times I successfully projected I “rolled” out of bed. I thought I was just awake in my room, until I actually came to in my bed.

If you feel that your legs have separated, just go for it. If your timing isn’t right, you end up either in this weird sluggish state of limbo or can’t really distinguish what is happening. That being said, even failed attempts are really interesting and get you more accustomed to the sensations.

My advice is to do whatever motion works to get you away from your bed as far and fast as you can. As soon as you feel some decent vibrations, try everything to get out of bed and outside.

I’ve been projecting for the past 8 years on a fairly regular basis, so feel free to ask anything.
