Help with fear

Hey guys, i'm new in this forum (just created an account lol) and i'm having trouble trying to project. I learned lucid dreaming to help and actually could project once but when i get in the Astral "World" i just panic, i can't think straight and my heart just start beating really fast (i think thats why i could do it only once). I also tried a lot of methods awake but when i get to the Vibrational State i feel a kind of fear that doesn't look like it's coming from me. My heart beats fast and i start breathing really fast and i keep trying but can't leave my body (i even got to the point of not feeling my body but i couldn't move or see in the Astral World). Even feeling fear i keep trying because i really want to get there but it's like it's stopping me from getting there. I don't know if i can find an easy solution to my problem as probably is something that only i can fix but i'm trying everything i can. (P.S.: I don't know why i feel that fear i just do :/). If someone has something that could help i'd appreciate a lot.

Hey I just made an account too because I literally just got done trying it. I have gotten the correct symptoms for astral projecting, so I know I am doing it right. But the only advice I can give to you is just keep practicing. Fear is totally normal and all it is, is something you will get over once you get closer. I just started yesterday and was scared, but tonight I didn't feel any fear because I have been reading around and stuff. But yeah just practice more and stuff. I am in the same stage you are, just waiting for it to work. Let me know if you ever get there! It's just mind over matter.

Well that's comforting because I started to try it some time ago but just got demotivated and stopped doing it. But I don't want to give up again. If you want any contact to share experiences later just let me know :). Thanks for the advice (that kind of motivated me to keep trying).

What is the best way to contact you? I think it would be cool share each others progress and I think that would help us both in a way. I think I am going to start meditating to where I can relax better because relaxation is the true key to this.

So I just tried it again. This time there was a little bit of fear because about 10 minutes in, my moms broken ipad that is in my room turned on. So that was pretty spooky. joy
