Getting closer, feels amazing so really really need help with something.

Okay, last Sunday and Tuesday I will give as examples of what has happened to me. But before I get to that this is what I am doing so far each day.

30 minutes meditation before bed, usually 11:30 pm to 12:00 midnight, or 12:00 to 12:30 as these are usually my bedtimes.
Would fall asleep about 1:00 or 1:30
I then for some reason automatically wake up a 5:00 am exactly, quite weird because whenever I look at the clock it is always 5:00 am and hardly anything past that, this has been happening quite often.
I am usually very thirsty when I wake up, I usually head downstairs to get a drink and then go back upstairs and then go back into bed to then lie on my back as I usually sleep on my side, so I lie there on my back but follow one of the techniques I read on this forum, which was to lie entirely still and resist that urge to move or something like that, okay so eventually I get a dream of some kind, but while having this dream I am somehow aware that I am awake at the same time, these dreams can be anything, and they somehow trigger the vibrations depending on the events that go on, in these dreams 2 things trigger my vibrations. 1. If I am travelling about incredibly fast without any restriction eventually I will get the vibrations, or if a certain person or object in this dream is moving very fast. 2. Now this is what seems to trigger the vibrations the most, that is when I dream of something that I eventually focus on, for example last Tuesday in a dream I ended up looking into the eye of a giant bird, and as I stared at it, it sent a very powerful feeling that triggered the vibrations, on Sunday I had a dream or a vision of a glowing violet pentagram with nothing else but a black nothingness, and as I stared at it I got the vibrations and they impacted my very powerfully, it felt like my head was going to explode at one point lol though obviously was not, now on Tuesdays experience I managed to leave my body a slight bit, I cannot see very well when I leave my body though, it is like I am almost blind or something but have short moments where I can see, and in this experience I came towards and hugged a person, perhaps a spirit guide or something, I am quite sure who she is but still not fully sure yet, and it was a great experience.
Now my problem is that I can only get in these states two days a week, and trigger the vibrations twice in each of those two days, I usually fail the first time in this day and seem to then have this energy or feeling inside me to trigger the vibrations a second time, even when I ignore the vibrations I still have problems with leaving my body though, I need help because I do the same thing as I do all the others days, which is what I described above about the meditation, waking up at 5 am, get a drink, go back to bed and lie still on my back. But the thing is even doing that I cant seem to do it anymore than two days a week because those certain dreams that are there to help me trigger the vibrations only happen those 2 times, I seem to be unable to get myself into that position, the reason I say 2 times a week is because ever since I started doing all this stuff around late July, that has been the pattern.
Is probably something wrong with my routine? Is there a better one I can do because since these experiences I have been very eager to leave my body properly and I am very looking forward to it, but I want to know how I can break this 2 times a week pattern and make it perhaps 3 or 4 times, or at least increase my chances of getting into these states or positions, I am afraid binaural beats never worked for me, I spent a long time trying with them, so I ask is there anything I can do to make my chances of what I have explained, better?

Hi Sebastian, Welcome back :)

I think you had been waking up at 5AM for 2 or 3 days continuously for some reason, through that the pattern started. I hope coz, It works like that for me. If I keep alarm for 4AM for 2 days then from the 3rd day I wake up at 4AM even without the alarm. Its like our brain fixes the pattern that we need to wake up at that time. So if I want to break this pattern I would get out of bed for 2 more days and the pattern gets broken.

Ya sometimes for vibration induction, our mind follows a pattern. Like what you said, if you run faster or see something running faster. Its good that you mind is fixed for some pattern. Don't try to break it. If you break it, then its difficult to find a new pattern.

If you are getting vibrations only on 2 days of a week, Just try a 'Mind Awake, Body Asleep' technique by Makaveli:
http://www.forumforastral.com/techniques-and-help-to-astral-projection/technique-that-i-havent-seen-on-this-site/

The above technique has helped many people including me, so to get vibrations on other days of week, you can try the above technique :)

Hope this helps :)

Happy Travels :)

KellsBells, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

I have no idea what my experiences were because I thought everything was a lucid dream.  I didn't know about anything else because I really had no frame of reference.  Let me just say though, that I know what you're talking about.

Go find a really high swing set and swing.  I would always do that within a lucid dream.  It's the same feeling, only you can choose to do it and don't have to wait for some random motion to appear for you.  Although at the time I had no idea what I was doing and I just assumed it was a part of my lucid dream, this always worked.  When I got really high, I'd look forward as I swung back, and then lean back and close my eyes as I'd go forward.  I always got this vibration you're talking about and I'd *poof* be someplace else or it felt like I sort of went through to someplace else.  f you have the control, I'd bet this would work for you also.  Most of my experiences were WILDs, or felt that way...so I could always just choose to go swing.  I've always had swinging dreams even when they haven't been lucid so it just was sort of a natural thing for me to try while dreaming.  I hope this helps!
