Is it possible for someone to come to me (astrally) while I'm sleeping and help me to astral project? Also, If I'm projecting and go to my sister's room, could I just wake her up astrally and go on an adventure? Hehe.

I am not an expert yet to come there and take you for the journey ;)
But yes, It is possible. I have tried that once with my friend who was sleeping next to me.
I projected and I tried to take him for a journey, But he didn't even wake up :P
