Can I Astral Project through Sleep Paralysis?

I used to go through sleep paralysis everyday. I was wondering can i achieve Astral Projection through Sleep Paralysis?

I've just started trying Astral Projection. I used to be scared so I shunned it as evil presences trying to hurt me. But recently I've been full achieved Astral projection now.

Anyway, can I Astral Project if in Sleep Paralysis?
