So, I always sit and do what im told to astral project.
1 - Lay in bed
2- Lay there for a while and set an intention to notice yourself falling asleep
3- Wait for the vibrations and wait for them to stop.
4- Leave the body after the vibrations stop
But like these steps never work, and I always end up just getting up in real life and being dissapointed, I always set up an intent and always set positive mindset. I'm 14 and I dont know if this affects this.
