I lay on the bed and count my breath till 1:30 hour but nothing happens I even couldn't feel the vibrations
I only feel my body becoming heavy and nothing more.

Oh,my. The act of only counting your breath takes away the spontaneity of the experience and turns it into a purely mechanical activity.
It requires deep relaxation and focus to keep awareness in a way that you won't make too much effort,for that could also ruin the attempt.
It really doesn't matter what kind of technique you use or even if you made your own, the one thing that is crucial ,is relaxation,without it, you will never be able to project.
