Is this remote Viewing ?

I'm pretty confused whether the experienced Remote viewing or something else.

I was sleeping last night, I was just trying to visualize my room closing my eyes, I was seeing some other places, Finally I started seeing a black bird flying, I just entered into a dream like place where I started following that bird and I woke up. Actually I didn't sleep.

Hope someone will help me with this :)

Astral Conduit, I'm Here for Inner Awakening

in my opinion like i have stated before i think astral projection and remote viewing are the same thing but remote viewing is projecting on the physical plane. but that's just my opinion.
