hi first of all your exprinces are chosen by your subcontios and constios mind so you have total control on what you do in a projection or at list most pepole i spoke to have second it is as far as i know impossible meeting people from this world in a projection if you didn't planed it with that person however u can effect spirits i for example have a child there his name is golam so you have some moral obligations depending on what you believe in if you need help i am free to do so but my beliefs are not in lane with yours however i can still give you tips (i am some times slow on the replay) its not that scary so don't be worried just make shore you are ok emotionally before you go in so your own demons wont play tricks on you (I project all the time and i am really uncarefull never ever had i had a problem i just know it is posible)

sorry for the slowness i was on vacation any way you project (maybe my own method is better for this so you can go on my page and check it) and then you go speak to a spirit you than ask it to come in your mind it helps if you go to the same place all the time you speak with it and that place shouldn't be in material world

well a tip really a strong one to get to the vaibrationel state you just need not to move nothing extra its smilar to when you lift somthing heavy and your arm shake not moving is hard on your body
