Sleep Paralysis Situation (I’m New Here)

Posted over 5 years ago , by Nikolas Carpenter

Hello, I am a 13 year old who frequently experiences sleep paralysis and lucid dreams. About 5 minutes ago, I had the amazing (and scary) sleep paralysis experience. I was attempting astral projection. The craziest thing was, I would get into the vibrational state for about two seconds, and then I would quickly leave, due to fear (which I need help on). I did this about 5 times in about 8-10 minutes. Now before I did this, I asked my guides to protect me. After the five failed attempts, for about 1 second, maybe more, I saw a shadow figure watching over my face. Was that my spirit guide?

You shouldn't afraid during sleep paralysis and during OBE attempts because these state are very deep states you dont want to attract fear be calm in my opinion during sleep paralysis if you want to come out then imagine you are moving your hand or feets In a few seconds you will be out of this state and during astral projection many athletes see shadows or spirit like they call it spririt guide if shadow interact with you ask questions to confirm it astral body is sudtle but it is not spirit or soul because soul or spirit is very sudtle than astral body More subtle bodies affect things or move them and we know astral body cant affect or move things but can feel them

Elsa Sereth White, What else is there?

From my experience, sp happens at a portal that could lead to the astral. In sp I’m not astral traveling, I’m stuck paralyzed. And the beings that hover around watching me, they generate and feed off fear. Wish I knew more about them. They’re very scary but if you can manage to move you can confront them and they’ll go away. I don’t know how people are defining sleep paralysis but the sleep paralysis I know is horrifying. It is impossible to stay calm. I learned how to turn my fear into anger though, and the shadow creatures stoped coming around. But also, for the most part I leave my body instantly when I find a portal in dreams, so I don’t have the ‘trying to get out’ experience. I just feel it for like one second then float through the ceiling. In that one sec, it’s a similar feeling to sp, and obviously other beings can come in so that’s why I figure it’s a portal. Guides though, I only see when I get to a star, never in my room, and definitely never in sp, and never in shadow form. In the astral, guides faces are clear, and yet shifting, all ages all at once. But your idea of those fear feeding creatures in sp maybe being the guides is very interesting. It would just be that there’s a huge veil of fear inhibiting communication. Like we see monsters but they’re really angels.
