When I was 4 or 5 I had a spontaneous OBE. In my desire to fly I fell into or made an OBE or WILD technique and would fly around the neighborhood or other dimensions at night. Eventually I started to OBE intentionally, spontaneously often times, at-will several times, and explored this or that. I saw ETs and craft. I met or interacted with entities. I explored space and time and dimensions. As time went on I researched and practiced, and had greater ability or lesser ability, off and on and up and down throughout the years, as life become more or less of an imposition, and as OBE became more or less an interest.
