I've been trying this for a few years now but I feel like I'm just getting further and further away. It used to be that I felt the vibration but couldn't separate. Now I can't even feel the vibration at all. Can anyone at all please help me. I came close once a long time ago but still couldn't quite get there.
I keep trying to Astral Project, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Please help.

scary, i been astral project many times accidently and unconsciously and I remember everything that happened, I saw earth and it looked like map of the earth or looked like olden day theater pictures of earth like world war 2 but with colour
I also was afraid idk what I was doing and thought I was suffocating and tried to get space suits and then some nasa people told me to stop and asked me who I was. and what I was doing there on the moon in their base
