I always knew that there was something different

Hi all, I just wanted to seek some guidance on what I call my "special powers". Ever since I was a child I always felt something was different about me. I have always had very sensitive hearing, almost supersonic, and when I focused hard enough I always felt that I could “move myself from where I was” or project myself closer to thing without moving, (or like if I was watching TV and concentrated I could make the picture larger and pull it closer). I have always been able to guess when things would happen and felt other presences around me. I used to see a little girl standing next to my bed and regularly see shadow people in day time and night. When I am asleep, which I don’t need much of, I can see everything around the room, as if looking at a photo negative, and can see myself asleep too. Sometimes I feel like I’m upside down on the ceiling, in a parallel state from where I sleep. Even with earplugs in and sleeping tablets I can hear and see everything. As I said, I always knew something was different, but now I am getting older I want to understand it more. I get pains behind my eyes, mainly in un-natural light, my brain never switches off, to the point where that and my hearing affect my ability to work in my office without having earphones in all day. I can literally hear and understand at least 8 different conversations at the same time. Also, my 5 year old boy seems to have picked a few skills up. He often says he sees a shadow when there is nothing there, as well as saying he sneaks around the house when he is asleep (that’s his terminology). Any advice on how to hone my abilities? And how to help my son understand? Thanks in advance
