Help wanted

Posted almost 9 years ago , by Daniel

Hi everybody! I'm interested in Astral Projection for more than a year now. I experienced spontanious AP a few time and i also found myself in a body paralysis a few times. I wanted to know more about it and started to read Monroe and now i"m reading a book of W. Buhlman. I did a online AP course and i practice almost every night to prepare for AP, but without any results. Only result i had after one year was a state of vibrations with floating sensations, but this was spontanious. I went to bed early and after an hour of two my girlfriend went to bed and i was awake for a few second and went further to sleep. Short after that i felt the electricity. A fantastic sensation. I heard the sound of a door and someone said "Hey!". I thought it was one of my children entering the bedroom and my girlfriend said "Hey". So i woke up, but there was no child in the room and my girlfriend was sleeping. But still a great experience and it gave me hope that it will happen in the future to AP.

I know it exists and i believe that AP is real, so that is not the problem. But i want to learn to control the AP and that is still a mistery to me. I hope i can find some tips and tricks here to help me going further to get in the vibrational state and to AP. Thank you for your help!

Cheers Daniel

Hello Praveen, thank you kindly for your reply.

I do the steps of the course of Ryan Cropper.

1> I start to relax and take a few deep brearhs. I connect to the earth-core and let light into my body, then i connect to the universe and pull light into my body from above.

2> I touch with my thumb my fingers constantly (both hands) from pinky to 'point'finger and back. I do this few times. Then i put my hands down and do the same with the hands of my mental body. Then move hands, arms, feet, legs.

3> i move my head from left to right and do the same with my mental body

4> i stand up with my mental body and walk around the house. I try to see everything from 1st person view. After 10 minutes i go back in my body and go to sleep.

Sometimes i feel tingling in my body with step 4, but it is very light. The whole proces takes about half an hour. Maybe too short? How long should i do the relax phase? I also use affirmations like I'm out of body now' but sometimes it keeps me to awake.

I have the feeling i'm very close, but i didn't get it yet.

Other issue that can be a 'problem' is the fact that my oldest child wakes up 1 or 2 times in the night. This is for almost 4,5 years and i'm a bit wrecked by all this.

Well this is what i do before sleeping. Maybe i should try a different method or maybe i have to change the length of time or add some other step. Thank you Cheers Daniel

Hello Daniel,

I see that you are doing right, for me the whole process takes at least from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Sometimes, I can even astral project in 15-20 minutes. So it is basically depending on how much you relax over the period of time. If you are feeling the tingling thing lighter, you may have to do it for some more time.

It's good that you wake up 1-2 times in the middle of the night, try it after your child goes back to sleep. You can try in the middle of the night after you wake up and go back to bed again. That is called wake back to bed technique.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
Praveen

Hello Praveen, thank you for your reply and suggestions. I'm going to extend the whole process, maybe that is the key. I'm going to use the wake-ups to practice, that's a good one.

Happy new year to you and all readers. Daniƫl

Hello Praveen, Last night i woke up two times because of my children. I felt tired and irritated but i thought of your suggestion to use these moments to practice. I chose to sleep because i was afraid to wake up more tired. Maybe strange question, but does astral projection influence the night rest? Cheers Daniel
