astral projection/teleportation

Hello, My name is Bram. I'm new here but I have been looking in to astral projection for quite a while now. However I did never managed to get a obe. I have also read other spiritual topics like teleportation etc. So I was wondering if anyone could give me some help how i can get a succesful astral projection?
