question and opinion's regarding new unusual experience

I haven't projected yet, but recently I got really close to projecting and then my left arm slowly just raised straight up without my control, I kinda got a little excited and accidentally interrupted the movement.  :'(

Is your body part moving when you are awake or after asleep??

If its moving when you are asleep, then its not your physical hand, Its your Astral body which is liking to experience to astral projection.

its like when im on the verge of sleep, but then it wakes me up or i become aware that my arms is moving. I dont think it's during projection. my mother did witness this on one occasion It hasn't happened again recently, , but i've just started taking neurontin for the last week, which was prescribed for nerve pain, but is also an anti seizure medication. But i think this has been interfereing with my astral projecting, as i haven't had a twinge of it since i started this medicine.

well about 2 months ago, i was in and out of sleep, slightly awake but still asleep.

i slightly woke up, and then i was speaking in some kind of runic language, and my whole body was shaking like in a siesure. \

all i heard was another deep voice, while my inner voice was piercing and very high pitched to the point of unaudible noise and static, i still remeber a deep throbbing sensation throughout my body, and esp. within my mind. whilst shaking very fast, they would say something then i would scream a very high pitched frequency, untill it stopped etc, then my whole body stoppped shaking, and i awoke

weird experience, still remember my heart and it was throbbing very fast at the time.

thats my weirdest experience too date, and its random, wonder if it will happen again.

for me it was like someone trying to communicate with me, in astral? or othermeans neccassary?

Calamity, I'm not a sceptic when it comes to spiritual things, but it sounds to me that your symptoms could be physical in origin.  Have you asked for a consulation with a neurologist? It could be a trapped nerve or something. The crucial question is whether you were awake or asleep when these involuntary movements happened - although lots of people make small movements when asleep. You say that you were "on the verge of sleep", so it's difficult to be sure.

sounds like you need to like sleep paralysis set in to stop you from acting out your dreams or projections that's the whole reason you have sleep paralysis.
