Basic Exercises for meditation

Hey everyone, I read a lot of questions about how to meditate properly. Here I have a few small basic exercises.

  1. Lie relaxed / down, what you like best self.
  2. Close your eyes and relax.
  3. Take a word in mind where you feel comfortable eg love, god, keep that in your head and keep saying it silently to yourself
  4. Try to focus on you. Breathing 4 counts and four counts of content while you repeat the word in mind
  5. Try to keep this up at least 5 minutes.

Tip: Sit somewhere / somewhere where you are not easily disturbed.
